During my master&#39;s program at Southern University, I designed and built the Nano2 HPC system for &lt;a target=&#34;_blank&#34; rel=&#34;noopener noreferrer&#34; href=&#34;https://www.subr.edu/page/dr-shizhong-yang-computer-science&#34;&gt;Dr. Shizhong Yang&lt;/a&gt;&#39;s research group, supporting their work in computational materials science, biomedical computing, machine learning, and high-temperature, high-pressure experiments. I have continued to oversee and maintain the system ever since. Key frameworks used in this project:

  &lt;li&gt;OpenHPC 2 with Rocky Linux 8 and Warewulf 4&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Slurm Workload Manager&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;OpenMP and Intel One API (Intel Parallel Studio)&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;VASP, LAMMPS, XtalOpt, MedeA, and FitSNAP&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;p class=&#34;text-start&#34;&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Check out &lt;a target=&#34;_blank&#34; rel=&#34;noopener noreferrer&#34; href=&#34;https://special-ace-quetzal.ngrok-free.app/grafana/d/xfpJB9FGz&#34;&gt;Nano2&lt;/a&gt; (monitoring with &lt;b&gt;Prometheus&lt;/b&gt; and GUI with &lt;b&gt;Grafana&lt;/b&gt;, network forwarding with &lt;b&gt;Ngrok&lt;/b&gt;). Before Nano2, I also have experience with &lt;b&gt;Rocks Cluster&lt;/b&gt; 6 and 7.&lt;/p&gt;
